Job Description
MDSearch is seeking a part-time Plastic Surgeon to join a highly regarded team in a state-of-the-art waterfront facility in one of Vancouver’s most desirable areas.

Role Overview:

You will provide specialized care for patients with skin-related concerns, combining clinical, surgical, and aesthetic expertise. The role includes patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional, welcoming environment
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes
  • Provide consult notes to referring physicians and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal providers for continuity of care
  • Support and mentor the nursing team
  • Participate in ongoing training and education
  • Adhere to clinic policies and protocols
  • Contribute to practice growth, including optional marketing initiatives
  • High-performing candidates may also be considered for a Medical Director role and/or equity partnership.

Practice Model & Support
  • Dedicated team of 4–5 nurses and medical office assistants
  • 5+ exam rooms allocated to your practice
  • Access to surgical/procedural facilities and advanced laser technologies
  • Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, referrals, HR)
  • Minimal paperwork, with support for charting and billing
  • Marketing assistance to help grow your practice
Qualifications
  • CPSBC license (or eligibility)
  • FRCSC certification
  • Interest in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
  • Experience with lasers, Botox, or fillers is an asset (not required)
  • Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates

Requirements
Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License Current and active FRCSC certification A strong passion for the medical, surgical, and cosmetic field Certifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal filler an asset, but not required Prior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry an asset, but not required Newer graduates welcome to apply
