Job DescriptionMDSearch is seeking a part-time Plastic Surgeon to join a highly regarded team in a state-of-the-art waterfront facility in one of Vancouver’s most desirable areas.
Role Overview:
You will provide specialized care for patients with skin-related concerns, combining clinical, surgical, and aesthetic expertise. The role includes patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional, welcoming environment
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes
- Provide consult notes to referring physicians and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal providers for continuity of care
- Support and mentor the nursing team
- Participate in ongoing training and education
- Adhere to clinic policies and protocols
- Contribute to practice growth, including optional marketing initiatives
- High-performing candidates may also be considered for a Medical Director role and/or equity partnership.
Practice Model & Support
- Dedicated team of 4–5 nurses and medical office assistants
- 5+ exam rooms allocated to your practice
- Access to surgical/procedural facilities and advanced laser technologies
- Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, referrals, HR)
- Minimal paperwork, with support for charting and billing
- Marketing assistance to help grow your practice
Qualifications
- CPSBC license (or eligibility)
- FRCSC certification
- Interest in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- Experience with lasers, Botox, or fillers is an asset (not required)
- Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates
