The challenges that await you Under the authority of the library programming manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of programming activities.
More specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Ensure the availability of equipment and materials required for the various activities;
- Prepare requisitions for ordering materials, repair work, and transportation to be carried out and submit them to your supervisor for approval;
- Issue various documents;
- Keep up-to-date and compile statistics related to participation in activities;
- Write and periodically submit all relevant working documents or reports;
- Maintain good relationships and provide necessary support to partners within your area of intervention, respecting their autonomy, mandate, and characteristics.
The ideal profile for us - Hold a college diploma in leisure intervention techniques or in a field relevant to the position;
- Have three (3) years of relevant experience in functions such as administrative, logistical, and operational support, including the logistical organization of activities, preparation and updating of schedules, distribution and tracking of materials and equipment, processing and following up on files, as well as working collaboratively with various stakeholders;
- Possess a class 5 driver's license and a vehicle (occasional travel is to be expected).
