Incentive programs: Our incentive programs reward excellent corporate and individual performance through our annual incentive plan. Position Overview: Territory Manager will oversee the sales and operational functions for Sudbury and surrounding areas.

This role requires a strong focus on business development, customer relationship management, and efficient operational practices to drive profitability and growth.

• The position will report into the General Manager for Ontario. Key Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety within the team and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ensure employees are trained and competent in their roles.

• Complete safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Oversee the logistics of propane delivery and distribution, optimizing routes and resources.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient customer service.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a winning culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability.

Ensure operations team have the training, tools, and support required to effectively serve our customer. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

Financial Management: Monitor sales performance and operational costs, preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications: University degree or Business Diploma and/or 5+ years progressive experience with a focus in operations management, business accounting, marketing, and sales. Industry knowledge relating to propane or fuel distribution considered an asset Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to handle conflict and de-escalate issues quickly and effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership ability while maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner is necessary.
