About the Role:
Our client is hiring a Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations, AGI filings, and system management across multiple residential properties. This role requires strong Yardi experience, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AGI filings, adjustments, and related documentation
- Update rents, parking rates, and leases in Yardi
- Approve invoices, leases, and override applications as needed
- Generate monthly/weekly reports and maintain internal trackers
- Set up new properties, units, tenants, and user access in Yardi
- Handle advanced AR functions and resolve admin issues
- Provide vacation coverage for admin team
Requirements:
- 3+ years in residential property administration
- Advanced Yardi experience (AGI, leases, AR, reporting)
- Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
