We are currently hiring for sublimination machine operator for a 3 month contract with possibility for extension and even full time for the right candidate. If you are a student on academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do general labor work, we can hire you!


Location: Gurney Crescent North York ON

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am -4:30pm

Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities
○ Set up and operate sublimation presses according to standard operating
procedures.
○ Load and unload substrates( up to 50lbs of unbacked polyester fabric) onto the
press.
○ Adjust press settings, including temperature and time, to achieve desired results
(preventing any bleeding and ghosting).
○ Monitor the sublimation process to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
● Quality Control:
○ Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, Bleeding, ghosting and
overall appearance.
○ Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the sublimation
Process
○ Implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
● Material Handling:
○ Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
○ Properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental
regulations.
● Safety Compliance:
○ Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling of
chemicals and equipment.
○ Wear appropriate safety shoes.


Qualifications
● Experience:2 to 3 years of previous experience in a production or manufacturing
environment, preferably in sublimation printing, is preferred.
● Technical Skills: Basic understanding of sublimation printing techniques and
equipment.
● Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and
work in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise
instructions.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
● Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve
production goals.
