Job description

Tasks

  • Answering customer enquiries (by telephone, email, or at the counter).
  • Completing purchase orders following requests received.
  • Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
  • Using the SAP system.
  • Ensuring part replacement warranty.
  • Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise.
  • Assisting customers with technical difficulties.
  • Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
  • Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

Job requirements

  • Experience in HVAC (required).
  • Bilingualism (intermediate French and English) to communicate and interact with certain suppliers in the United States, at a frequency of 50%.
  • Knowledge of the suite MS Office.
  • Knowledge of construction and renovation (an asset).
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
  • Access to a vehicle (an asset).
