The School of Nursing at Cape Breton University (CBU) invite applications for five (5) tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. These positions will commence Aug 1st, 2026 (or soon thereafter).

The School of Nursing is seeking five dynamic registered nurses to become members of a progressive, energetic and research-focused department. Teaching in a concept-based curriculum, the nursing faculty seeks candidates whose philosophy and commitment are complementary. In addition to teaching and research, the successful candidates may be required to participate in nursing practice with groups of students in various practice settings, simulation and/or labs.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate potential and commitment with regard to teaching, research/creative/scholarly activities and service to Cape Breton University, community and profession.
