Production Worker - Port Kells

Join us at Cascadia Metals, where resilience meets innovation, and together, we shape a dynamic future. Currently, we are looking for production workers for Surrey branch and hours are from 5 : 00 am to 1 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :

• Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one
• Unwrapping the coil and preparing it for manufacturing
• Moving and loading coil onto machinery
• Wrapping and strapping the finished product
• Building pallets when needed
• Assisting the operator as needed
• Tagging and marking required material
• Follow production plans
• Strip the coil and assist the Machine Operator
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Requirements :
• Punctuality
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Adhering to instruction
• Cautious of safety
• Ability to use computer Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
