Job description
Job Title: Bilingual Systems Administrator
Type: 3-month Contract
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Hours/Week: 35
Location: 1100 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Montréal, QC. 100% onsite
Hourly Rate: $50/hr T4 OR $60/hr - $70/hr.

Summary
Our client is currently looking for a consultant - Operational Systems Administrator / System Administrator) to support operational activities and certain projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 support for IT requests and incidents (and all associated solutions), in collaboration with a global corporate shared services support team, for all North American entities.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform operations in compliance with ISO standards and current ITIL processes.
  • Install, commission, maintain, update, develop, monitor, and secure IT infrastructure in server rooms across company sites or in the cloud, in coordination with the Cybersecurity team.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all IT equipment.
  • Manage Hyper-V and Nutanix virtualization platforms.
  • Ensure deployment and update systems used by support technicians are functioning properly, including Microsoft Intune solutions.
  • Assist IT support and network teams with resolving non-standard incidents.
  • Monitor systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation covering all project layers, infrastructure, and recurring IT operations.
  • Provide Level 3 support for mobile device management.
  • Manage Azure infrastructure — deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources (VMs, virtual networks, storage accounts, Azure AD, NSGs, App Services) in line with governance and internal processes.
  • Demonstrate strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing).
  • Apply strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Manage system documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams.
  • Ensure security and compliance — apply security baselines, patches, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls.
  • Provide Level 2/3 user and technical support for system issues, escalations, and service requests.

Requirements
  • Must be fluent in French
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud/Active Directory
  • Strong teamwork skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and/or remote teams located around the world.
  • Flexible working hours: Some maintenance operations may need to be performed outside regular business hours.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with employees and P3 stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and work management skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and effectively support operations.
  • Proficiency with Windows Servers.
  • Experience with multiple virtualization platforms: Nutanix, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud.
  • Excellent time management, reporting, and attention to detail (ability to prioritize work and multitask across competing requests).
  • Proactive, autonomous (while adhering to governance and defined frameworks), and diligent in maintaining documentation.

Notre client est actuellement à la recherche d’un consultant – Administrateur de systèmes opérationnel / Administrateur système – pour soutenir les activités opérationnelles ainsi que certains projets.

Responsabilités
  • Fournir un soutien de niveau 3 pour les demandes et incidents informatiques (ainsi que toutes les solutions associées), en collaboration avec une équipe mondiale de soutien des services partagés corporatifs, pour toutes les entités en Amérique du Nord.
  • Respecter les accords de niveau de service (SLA).
  • Effectuer les opérations conformément aux normes ISO et aux processus ITIL en vigueur.
  • Installer, mettre en service, maintenir, mettre à jour, développer, surveiller et sécuriser l’infrastructure informatique dans les salles de serveurs des différents sites de l’entreprise ou dans le cloud, en coordination avec l’équipe de cybersécurité.
  • Assurer la maintenance et le dépannage de tout l’équipement informatique.
  • Gérer les plateformes de virtualisation Hyper-V et Nutanix.
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des systèmes de déploiement et de mise à jour utilisés par les techniciens de soutien, y compris les solutions Microsoft Intune.
  • Assister les équipes de soutien informatique et réseau dans la résolution d’incidents non standards.
  • Surveiller les systèmes quotidiennement et réagir immédiatement aux problèmes de sécurité ou d’utilisabilité.
  • Créer et maintenir la documentation couvrant toutes les couches des projets, l’infrastructure et les opérations informatiques récurrentes.
  • Fournir un soutien de niveau 3 pour la gestion des appareils mobiles.
  • Gérer l’infrastructure Azure — déployer, configurer et maintenir les ressources Azure (machines virtuelles, réseaux virtuels, comptes de stockage, Azure AD, NSG, App Services) conformément à la gouvernance et aux processus internes.
  • Démontrer une solide compréhension des réseaux (TCP/IP, VPN, pare-feu, routage).
  • Mettre à profit de solides compétences en dépannage, en analyse et en travail d’équipe.
  • Gérer la documentation des systèmes, les procédures et les schémas d’architecture.
  • Assurer la sécurité et la conformité — appliquer les normes de sécurité, les correctifs, les remédiations de vulnérabilités et les contrôles de conformité.
  • Fournir un soutien technique et utilisateur de niveau 2/3 pour les incidents système, les escalades et les demandes de service.
Exigences
  • Maîtrise obligatoire du français.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans des environnements de grandes entreprises.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avec Azure Cloud / Active Directory.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe, esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler avec des collègues et/ou des équipes à distance partout dans le monde.
  • Flexibilité des horaires : certaines opérations de maintenance peuvent devoir être effectuées en dehors des heures normales de bureau.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Forte capacité à gérer les relations avec les employés et les parties prenantes P3.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du travail.
  • Capacité démontrée à motiver les équipes et à soutenir efficacement les opérations.
  • Maîtrise des serveurs Windows.
  • Expérience avec plusieurs plateformes de virtualisation : Nutanix, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, en production de rapports et grand souci du détail (capacité à établir les priorités et à gérer plusieurs demandes concurrentes).
  • Personne proactive, autonome (tout en respectant la gouvernance et les cadres établis) et rigoureuse dans le maintien de la documentation.
