Job description
Are you a skilled Forklift Operator in Calgary with the steady hand and precision required to safely move high-value quartz and stone surfaces? Randstad is immediately hiring specialized operators with strong Sit-Down Counterbalance experience to join a leading distribution team in Southeast Calgary.

This is not your average warehouse gig built on mindless pallet pushing. Instead, it is a highly specialized role handling heavy, premium products that demands intense focus, serious finesse, and a strict commitment to damage-free freight movement. Operating in a collaborative, safety-first environment, you will meticulously maneuver fragile stone slabs, safely load outbound flatbeds, and ensure high-end inventory is perfectly staged for transport.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance and other forklifts to transport materials and products.
Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse or production area.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on forklifts.
Perform inventory checks, data entry, and quality control as needed.
Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.



Qualifications
Valid forklift certification, preferably with experience operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of order picking, quality control, and data entry.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
