Dexter Construction is a large, diversified Construction Company engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction industry within the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking Loader Operators to join our operations servicing our Portable Asphalt Plants in various locations throughout the Maritimes and Quebec.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Foreman, the Loader Operator is responsible for building equipment pads during plant setup, maintaining aggregate piles and ensuring the aggregate bins are consistently filled with material, as well as yard grade and maintenance. The Loader Operator is also responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining the equipment and performing the repairs as required.
