Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, and as a team member, are essential. Although this position is On-Call, it is busy and there are regular assignments available throughout the year. Required qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 Building Service Worker Certificate (we prefer one the following schools: Burnaby Continuing Education, Vancouver Community College and/or Delta Continuing Education), and 2+ years of experience in custodial/janitor work Must be flexible and accept assignments on short notice Your application must include: Cover letter Resume Two References - Your current Manager and 1 more most recent direct supervisor.
