Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support sales and operations teams for our client in Markham, ON. In this role, you will manage sales orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate data management to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at organization, accuracy, and multitasking.
  • Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour
  • Location: Markham, ON
  • Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders accurately using Syspro software
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and key data
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and manage open order reports to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Scan, file, and maintain organized documentation (digital and physical)
  • Act as a liaison between sales and internal departments
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong numerical and math skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reporting
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
