We’re seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who thrives in the fast-paced automotive or RV industry. If you know how to close deals, build trust, and maximize back-end gross—this is where you take your career to the next level.
What You'll Do:
Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to every customer
Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure fast approvals
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and dealership regulations
Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and F&I penetration
Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong CSI scores
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of F&I experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership -
Strong knowledge of financing processes, lender guidelines, and DMS software
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance benchmarks
Integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
