Are you a proven F&I pro looking for a fresh opportunity in a high-performing dealership?
We’re seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who thrives in the fast-paced automotive or RV industry. If you know how to close deals, build trust, and maximize back-end gross—this is where you take your career to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to every customer

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction

• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure fast approvals

• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and dealership regulations

• Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and F&I penetration

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong CSI scores

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of F&I experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership -

• Strong knowledge of financing processes, lender guidelines, and DMS software

• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills

• Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance benchmarks

• Integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
