  • Work overtime when required to support production needs, breakdowns, or special projects.
  • Collaborate with an energetic maintenance crew to prioritize tasks, share knowledge, and support team goals.

Essential Skills

  • Proven welding and fabrication experience for repair and modification of equipment and components.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 22 kg as part of regular duties.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, typically obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete paperwork, maintenance records, and service reports accurately and legibly.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite and to support occasional field or on-site work.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
  • Hardworking, reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with WorkSafe BC and CSA safety standards and safe work practices.
  • Strong attention to detail in both hands-on work and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a small, energetic team.
