Nanny Wanted - Loving Family Looking For Part Time Childcare

Hello! We are an active and very happy family seeking a warm and loving helper to pick up our 3 kids from school and help around the house from 2pm - 6pm M-F and/or split days of 8:00am - 10:00am and 3:30pm - 6:00pm. We live in Ancaster with our three children, dog and cat. Our son is a very active, fun, silly and warm 11-year-old. He is autistic with some other special needs. We don't need you to have experience with a kid like him - but do hope you have an attitude and aptitude for learning how to work with neurodiverse kiddos. Our middle daughter is (almost) 10 and will essentially be your assistant. She is very helpful, fun, creative, active and social. She's highly independent. We also have a 7 year old daughter who is also creative, artistic, intellectual, sensitive and thoughtful. For us, it works best when helpers who work with our family like the outdoors, music, art, reading and have a great sense of humour. We are very respectful and caring employers. We also hope that you are flexible with duties. Sometimes it may be more childcare focused, and other times we may ask that you help out with housework or running errands.
