We are currently seeking 1 or 2 qualified QA Analysts to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Review functionality requirements and write test cases accordingly.
  • Conduct manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Document anomalies found during testing by opening JIRA tickets.
  • Follow up on JIRA tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate progress and updates with the project team.
  • Must have proficiency in French language.
  • Work 40 hours per week.
  • Knowledge of B2C Customer loyalty Program, Pharmacy Management System, and Retail systems is an asset.
  • Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases and executing manual tests.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of French language is required.
  • Previous experience in B2C Customer loyalty Program is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Pharmacy Management System, and Retail systems is preferred.
