Nanny Wanted - Mother’s Helper Needed

Hello! We are a BUSY family of 7- 5 kiddos (please keep reading! I promise they're easy!)- looking for a nanny / household manager. Ideally starting ASAP. I can accommodate all schedules and hours are extremely flexible- part time or full time depending on what works for you its more about how well you fit. Looking for someone who is ultra reliable, energetic, detail oriented, organized, fun and kind. You must be a self starter, as I can not be telling you exactly what to do every step of the way. If you see a mess, clean it. If you notice it's 11 : 45 and I'm schooling the kids, make something for lunch. If you see there's a huge laundry pile, fold it. If a drawer / room is disorganized, organize it. You must be RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL- while we have a flexible lifestyle we are still depending on YOU to show up when you are expected.

We are a very active homeschooling family. We have many activities outside of the house, and cooking and cleaning often go by the wayside. I need someone who is comfortable working alongside myself (I promise I am fun!) to assist with home education, household chores (laundry and dishes and tidying), lunch / supper prep, and general childcare when I have to run out for an appointment here and there. Ideal position for an experienced nanny and / or teacher aide / educator.

My 2nd child has some special needs- he is diagnosed with adhd, a speech disorder and learning disabilities. He is an absolutely lovely kid and it's hard to grasp his diagnoses if he trusts you- he is NOT violent or anything like that and is generally very respectful. He has therapies in home between 1 and 3 times a week during which time either you would assist the process or I would and you would be in charge of distracting the other kids.

Our current nanny schedule is working well I would hope to find someone who could do similar if not the same- M-F 10-4. I would also be open to a part time situation as long as you are super helpful! Sometimes an appointment comes up where you might need to come an hour early, or I would like to go out with my friends etc. So 1 or 2 nights a month I may ask if you can do an evening 3-9 ish only once we are all comfortable and only if that works for you.

We have 1 small fluffy hypoallergenic puppy. He is absolutely lovely. He's house trained and not a problem at all but worth noting in case of allergies.

Pay is negotiable but we all must be reasonable : )
