ObGyn Resident Shifts - Mt. Sinai Hospital

Detail:
Coverage is being sought for unfilled on call shifts in ObGyn. Senior resident responsibilities would include coverage of the Labour and Delivery Floor with all manner of deliveries, Emergency Department consultations, urgent/emergent Gynecologic surgeries and coverage of the antepartum, postpartum and Gynecology inpatient floors. There would be supervision and teaching of junior residents and medical students as befits an academic site.

Supervision:
All responsibilities would be under the supervision of in house staff ObGyn at the site per usual resident supervision for the site.

Min Requirement:
ObGyn PGY3-5 senior resident

Additional Requirement:
ACLS, NRP as expected of resident coverage in ObGyn

Remuneration:
$1,000/night shift

07/01/23

Call:
As needed; some shifts will be known in advance, others may be available more emergently in the event of unexpected absence or injury.
