In our clubs, our Reformer Pilates Instructors offer our members the most luxurious workout experience. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, instructing, and leading classes using musicality and strong cueing techniques to provide best in class instruction.

Through your persuasive nature and engaging communication skills, you will attract and acquire members to join your class. Whether it be group training, partner training or one on one training, you are always seeking new ways to keep your schedule and classes full.

Role :

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, You are among the heart and soul of what keeps our members energized and moving! You will also :

• Instruct challenging and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates classes for members of all ages and fitness levels
• Ensure methods and techniques conform to standardized club training practices
• Provide an exceptional workout experience and unparalleled service to meet the diverse needs of new and existing Pilates members
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing Club members
• Provide 5-star class instruction by ensuring all classes start and end on time and that classes are covered in the event of vacation or illness
• Responsible for creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all members
• Proactively seek feedback (positive and constructive) from class participants and share feedback with management with a view to continuously improve the program
• Sell Reformer Pilates session packages to interested members
