ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Account Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, helping business clients understand how our corporate gifting solutions can work for them. You’ll manage client inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and help onboard new customers.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys speaking with people, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with inbound leads via chat, phone, and email, managing conversations in our CRM.
  • Deliver product demos tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Address client inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier support.
  • Manage ongoing relationships and help clients maximize their use of EverythingCard.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
  • WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and online and handling inquiries.
  • Quick learner with a coachable mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus if you have :

  • Experience in B2B sales or corporate gifting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
