Business group : Client Engineering - Commerce Engineering - Team looks after Branch technology
Project : The gate keeper role, oversight for the project schedules. Coordinating multiple large-scale projects.
Reason : Additional support needed for a project.

Must have skills :
1) 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
2) Proficiency in Advanced Excel for documentation and reporting
3) 5+ years of recent experience with Power BI
3) Experience with infrastructure, networking, and voice services
4) Previous experience with supporting end-user with migration projects.
Nice to have :
1) Previous Branch experience or First Line support to branches
2) Bilingual English and French
3) Previous experience with project management is very nice to have.

The role supports non-technical users, so soft skills are very important in this role –it is not just about actioning the work but working with the branch contacts in a friendly and approachable manner to be able to get the results needed
Ability to communicate / troubleshoot with Branch users as well as liaise with internal and external technical teams
Being able to articulate and listen to drive the project with minimal hand holding.
Strong ability to communicated risk and impacts amongst the multiple projects.
Recent experience with Power BI for documentation and creating visual dashboards is critical for the role.
Able to pull on what users are saying to drill down on the cause of issue and really understand what the challenges are
