Description• Responsible for the completion of Test Engineering projects. Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Develops, implements, management operating systems to monitor project metrices and controls to ensure data accuracy.• Remove barriers to project execution to deliver test solution on time, and under budget. • Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate design and development activities within the test functions to address customer requirements• Manage the program plan, including scope, schedule, cost, technical aspects, resources, and risks• Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates, and schedules• Lead the solution definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to production and qualification labs.• Track and report program progress, costs, risks, and milestones• Lead internal and external design reviews and technical coordination meetings• Ensure compliance with Aerospace Engineering ProcessesYOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering-Electronics• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in electronics in an aerospace environment or transportation industry• Minimum of 3 years in project management, including baseline management, earned value reporting, and computer-based scheduling and reporting tools.WE VALUE• Experience with Test Engineering Design Processes• Proven track record in developing test software and hardware• Proactive and self-driven individuals who take initiative and deliver results• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assemble facts, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations• Ability to effectively use data to make intelligent decisions• Working knowledge of DO-160, MIL-810• PMP Certificate (Project Management Professional)• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in a global team environment• Strong management operating system that facilitates communication• Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills• Experience with Agile methodology project execution is a plus.Q/A1- Have you managed multi-disciplinary teams, Electrical, Mechanical, Software2- What is an example of management operating system that you follow to executeProjects scope, budget and schedule constraints.3- Do you use Microsoft Project to create schedule?
