Your responsibilities : - Perform complete bookkeeping for several companies;- Record daily transactions;- Make accounts payable payments;- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations;- Verify accounts receivable and cash receipts;- Inter-company transactions;- Manage the entire payroll process;- Participate in month-ends and year-ends according to deadlines;- Analyze monthly budget reports and financial statements;- Monitor progress towards financial and accounting objectives;- Review and continuously improve accounting processes;- Other related duties
