As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for maximizing project performance, guiding and developing project teams, and making sure all activities align with our strategic objectives.

Join an innovative and forward-thinking organization committed to setting new industry benchmarks through the use of cutting-edge technology, sustainable building methods, and creative problem-solving. This senior role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep background in construction and a passion for building high-performing teams. The position requires a willingness to travel and work on-site for various projects as required.

The ideal candidate will reside within the Okanagan Valley.

Meaningful Impact: The opportunity to make a significant impact by working on high-profile, innovative projects, including those in the renewable energy field.

Responsibilities
Project & Team Leadership: Guide multiple project teams from planning to successful execution, with a primary focus on residential construction. Provide direct oversight, mentorship, and management for all project staff while fostering a culture of accountability.

Financial Oversight: Take ownership of project financials, including the development of estimates, creation and approval of budgets, and monitoring of costs. You will analyze project forecasts for executive reporting and drive profitability through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, partners, and consultants. Proactively manage all communications to foster strong, lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

Risk & Contract Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. You will manage all contractual documentation and serve as the main escalation point for resolving project-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Extensive project management experience within the construction industry, with demonstrated success in managing complex contracts and navigating permitting processes.

High proficiency with modern project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Proven experience working in remote or out-of-town project locations and a willingness to travel as needed.

Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving.

Experience with standardized construction contracts is required.
