�� We're hiring: 2x Senior Java Developers – Full-Time
�� Location 工作地点: 5 days per week on-site (no exception) near West Mall, Toronto 多伦多 | 全职到岗办公

Our client, a fast-growing and innovative startup, is looking for two highly skilled Senior Java Developers to join their collaborative team. If you're passionate about building robust, scalable applications and thrive in a high-energy, startup environment, this is your chance to make real impact.In this role, you won’t just be coding — you’ll also act as a technical bridge across teams, provide support where needed, and help steer the success of critical projects in a time-sensitive and fast-moving environment.���� What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
• Collaborate across departments and provide technical support
• Debug complex issues and optimize performance
• Maintain clean and detailed technical documentation
• Build and improve unit and integration testing pipelines
• Rapidly onboard and contribute to existing projects✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years in professional Java development
Experience leading projects
• Strong in object-oriented programming principles (OOP), generics, lambda expressions, concurrency
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring WebFlux
• Advanced knowledge of multi-threading and concurrent programming
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and work with existing source code.
• Database: Expert knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
• Advanced SQL/MySQL + Redis expertise
• Strong experience with DevOps, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Mandarin (required)

✨ Nice-to-Have:
• Payment/ accounting system financial institution experience
• Web3 experience
• Startup or high-pressure environment experience
• Familiarity with advanced debugging tools
• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery
