Family Physician - Anesthesia - Locum

Job Description

St. Joseph’s Hospital, located in Southeast Saskatchewan, is seeking a locum Anesthesia provider from May 26, 2024 to September 1, 2024. Longer term locums are preferred but we will consider all availability.

Accommodations, Mileage, Travel time, and meals from the cafeteria while working are provided for the locum.

Job Qualifications

The successful candidate must have :

• licensure with the
• acceptable enhanced training in Anesthesia (ie : 3rd year residency in Family Practice Anesthesia)
• valid drivers license
• ACLS certification
• successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to 3 acceptable references and an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
• current coverage.
• current, valid legal entitlement to work in Canada. In accordance with Canadian Foreign Worker requirements, preference will be given to qualified Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada.
