Job Summary: The
HR Analyst supports the development, design, and delivery of HR solutions while providing specialized analysis and reporting to improve business decisions and HR processes. This role also functions as a Case Manager within Global Mobility Relocation Services, delivering high-quality relocation support and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end relocation case service delivery, including coordination with movers and service providers
- Provide relocation advisory, support, and education to HR and business stakeholders
- Serve as primary contact for relocating employees, guiding them through the relocation lifecycle
- Manage relocation inquiries, cost estimates, and offer letter guidance
- Maintain and update relocation files and documentation
- Coordinate with Travel & Expense teams and external partners
- Audit vendor invoices and approve payments
- Manage relocation allowances and ensure timely payments
- Prepare CRA letters and manage exception requests
- Conduct immigration strategy assessments and manage visa/work permit processes
- Track expiries and coordinate renewals for immigration cases
- Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication
- Support process improvements, HR initiatives, and policy development
Required Experience: - – years of experience in HR or global mobility
- Experience managing relocation or mobility programs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with invoicing and financial tracking
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
Nice-to-Have Experience: - Experience in financial services or banking environment
- HR background
- Experience with home sale or relocation programs
