Full-Time Retail Sales Representative - Mons Royale Whistler

Most clothing designed for these sports is made from synthetic materials that harm the environment. Our mission is to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres and inspire them to live a life of action and adventure.

We have an opportunity for two full-time, seasonal Retail Representatives to join our team this Spring & Summer with the opportunity to extend through to Winter in our Flagship Store in Whistler. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Create an inclusive in-store experience for our customers, and our in-store team.
• Ensure store standards are always upheld.
• Engaging with our local fan base, brand ambassador.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or sales experience is essential
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge / experience using merino or Mons products.
• Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability and the Mons Royale brand.
• A proactive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Position & Schedule:

• 2 x Full-Time positions
• 1 x Seasonal with opportunity to extend through to Winter - Start Date: May 1, 2026
• 1 x 2 month Full-Time contract (June/July)
• Must be available to work weekends (Sat and Sun)

Starting Wage: $24/hr + monthly sales incentives, seasonal product allowance & industry discounts.
