Département : Psychiatrie légale - Réinsertion communautaire

Lieu : Soins infirmiers ~ Centre Hospitalier Restigouche ~ Restigouche

Date de début : Dès le mois d'Aout

Date de fin : permanent temps plein

Horaire: Rotation (Relais de 8 ou 12 heures. L’horaire de travail peut changer selon les besoins opérationnels.)

Langues : Français et anglais, bilingue essentiel

Kilométrage et hébergement : Non Pris en charge.

Prime pouvant aller jusqu'à 25 000$ a la signature du contrat

Rémunération : de 70 000,00$ à 80 000,00$ par an

Lieu du poste : En présentiel

Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) ou infirmier(ère) Clinicien(ne) spécialisé en Psychiatrie légale - Réinsertion communautaire pour le Centre Hospitalier Restigouche.

Votre mission principale sera de prodiguer des soins infirmiers complets afin de répondre aux besoins individuels des patients. Participer activement aux initiatives en matière d’amélioration de la qualité et de sécurité des patients.

Exigences :

  • Immatriculation auprès de l’Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Nouveau-Brunswick;
  • Certificat valide en soins immédiats en réanimation (SIR);
  • Certificat en prévention et gestion des conduites suicidaires en milieu psychiatrique ou l’obtenir à l’intérieur des échéanciers fixés;
  • Formation Interventions non-violentes (CPI) – Techniques avancées ou s’engager à suivre la formation selon les échéanciers fixés ;
  • Qualités de chef, bon jugement, aptitudes à la prise de décisions et avoir une facilité d'adaptation;
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
