General Labourer

Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services. Stubbe’s is known for its forward-thinking solutions, quality and customer service and offers significant experience and expertise in providing optimal solutions for commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural structures.
Reporting to the plant manager and working with a team to perform tasks involved in fabrication of Hollowcore.

Your Day to Day:
What we are looking for:
An effective Labourer should possess the following:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or production (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints (an asset)
Proficient with hand tools
Experience working with concrete (an asset)
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Carpentry or woodworking experience (an asset)
Ability to read both metric and imperial tape measures, as well as technical drawings (an asset)
Strong organizational skills
