COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
Six mois d’expérience chez FedEx souhaitable
Capacité à taper 25 mots par minute
Obtenir et garder toutes les certifications demandées dans le domaine des matières dangereuses.
Connaître les lois et règlements qui touchent la manutention des matières dangereuses, leur étiquetage et leur documentation.
Réussir toutes les formations de base et formations périodiques.
Bien maîtriser la communication et les relations humaines
Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.
Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.
NC264 : Agent aux systèmes de données
Saisir les données avec précision dans le système informatisé. Trier, diviser en lots et numériser les lettres de transport aérien et documents pertinents pour la douane et l’archivage. Tenir des dossiers, collecter et analyser des données pour produire des rapports. Garantir la collecte précise et ponctuelle ainsi que le dépôt des paiements opérationnels des clients.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
Bonne vitesse de frappe (25 mots/minute).
Connaissance de base de MS Office (Excel, Word).
Connaissance de VISA, COSMOS, Genesis, Famis souhaitable.
Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation.
