JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Coordinator provides the customer with superior service and support through communication, correspondence, and prompt order and complaint processing.

JOB TASKS:

  • Processes production orders
  • Initiates shipping releases
  • Investigates and processes customer complaints, forwards information through proper channels
  • Liaises with Graphics Department personnel in the development of artwork
  • Provides Estimators with details required for price quotations
  • Assists with training of new Account Coordinators
  • Provides backup and support to other Account Coordinators as required
  • Ensures customer inventory requirements, press schedules, and samples are accessible as required

COMPETENCIES

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
  • Must have strong time-management and organizational skills, able to multi-task effectively
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, detail oriented
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills (people skills)
  • Must have demonstrated strong customer service skills; must be service-oriented

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Secondary school (High School) diploma, or equivalent
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a customer service role
