Job description
Do you have excellent manual dexterity and the ability to read technical assembly drawings?
Are you comfortable working on your feet and lifting loads up to 30 lbs?

Our client, a world-renowned organization specialized in the crucial public safety sector in Pointe-Claire, is currently seeking motivated component assemblers.

• Status: Temporary (Long-term assignment with a high possibility of extension)
• Location: Dorval (West Island)
• Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 / hour (depending on experience) + overtime opportunities
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
• Precisely assemble mechanical and electronic components to manufacture high-quality finished products.
• Safe and efficient use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Perform basic quality control on each assembled unit to guarantee compliance with standards.
• Carefully package finished products according to established work instructions and standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth production flow and hit targets.

Qualifications
• Excellent manual dexterity and high precision for assembling small components.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical assembly drawings and parts lists.
• Basic knowledge of electronic or mechanical components.
• Strong physical capacity to stand for long periods and regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a steady and consistent pace of work in line with production goals.
