Description
:Comme Conseiller(-ère) en évolution et performance, vous serez responsable de coordonner, d’assurer le suivi et de contribuer à la mise en œuvre de projets relevant de la Vice-Présidence de L'Unique Assurances générales. Vous participerez à l’élaboration des tactiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs. Vous serez également appelé(e) à concevoir un tableau de bord de la performance opérationnelle, incluant la définition des indicateurs clés, l’établissement des cibles et le suivi de celles-ci.
Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé en analysant des enjeux d’affaires complexes et en formulant des recommandations pour les résoudre. Vous réaliserez des analyses pour soutenir l’évolution et la performance des opérations de L'Unique Assurances générales. Vous êtes à l’aise dans le changement et exercer un Leadership d’influence favorisant le consensus et mobiliser les équipes de travail.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Prendre en charge et coordonner des initiatives d’affaires et de stratégies impliquant des équipes multidisciplinaires et assurer les arrimages requis (conception et animation d’ateliers, réalisation de livrables).
Assurer le suivi des priorités et jouer un rôle-conseil dans l’élaboration des plans d’actions de la vice-présidence.
Élaborer et jouer un rôle-conseil sur les tactiques et stratégies opérationnelles pour supporter les ambitions d’affaires du secteur.
Préparer de documents exécutifs d’informations ou de reddition pour la gouvernance.
Travailler avec les secteurs de la vice-présidence afin de déterminer les métriques-clés de performance opérationnelle, en faire le suivi et recommander des plans d’actions.
Assurer une communication constante entre les secteurs de la Vice-Présidence.
Représenter la réalité et les considérations d’affaires de la distribution par courtage au sein des équipes de travail.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent : administration des affaires, management, comptabilité, actuariat.
Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en analyse d’affaires, gestion de projets ou rôle conseil dans le domaine des assurances ou services financiers.
