Job Description: Actalent's engineering client is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Calgary. This role will be supporting the implementation of strategies for procuring, storing and distributing goods. This role will specifically support a large project in Ontario, but will be working from the Calgary office. The role will primarily be managing existing contracts and will include: creating purchase orders, entering receipts into JDE, tracking and claiming rebates, assisting with specific project and estimating requirements, monitoring trends and developing/nurturing positive vendor relationships.
