Dillon Consulting is seeking motivated candidates to fill several positions available for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development and Sales (BDAS) group. This key role works closely with our Business Units and technical subject matter experts to create high impact proposal sales submissions.
As a Proposal Coordinator , you will manage all aspects of the proposal submission, generate proposal content using Dillon’s proposal management software, and guide technical staff through the proposal process.

Responsibilities
What your day will look like
- Work with Business Units and technical teams to create professional, high‑quality proposals from initiation through to production and delivery.
- Use our proposal management software and collaborate with the Proposal Content Specialist.
- Review project opportunity documents for requirements, contractual terms, and evaluation criteria.
- Compile marketing materials, prepare qualification documents, and coordinate graphics and page layout design.
- Coordinate flow of information to meet internal and external deadlines and reviews.
- Format, edit, print, distribute, and review documents; maintain quality control.
- Track and monitor potential project opportunities using internal systems.
- Participate in proposal debriefings for continuous improvement.

What you will need to succeed
Minimum two years’ experience preparing proposals and tender submissions.3–5 years of administration experience or demonstrated combination of education, skills, knowledge, and experience.Post‑secondary education in administration, marketing, business, or communications is an asset.Experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and complex document formatting.Proficient with Microsoft Excel.Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills.Aptitude for formatting, editing, layout and unified voice.Excellent attention to detail and quality.Understanding of basic financial terms, budgets, and schedules.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.Experience in a professional services consulting firm (environmental / engineering / planning) is an asset.Experience with proposal management software platforms is an asset.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint is an asset.APMP certification is an asset.Why choose Dillon
