As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5-phase program to learn every aspect of our business, including shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.
Additional duties will include :
Learn the products we sell, how they are sourced from vendors, and understand all levels of sales support.
Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
Learn how to identify new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.
Use your training to determine your ideal career path within the company.
