Confident Remodels offre des logiciels et une gestion des processus qui permettent aux détaillants et aux entrepreneurs d'offrir des rénovations domiciliaires installées aux propriétaires de façon pratique, cohérente et abordable.

La responsabilité principale du Gestionnaire régional est de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires dans son territoire assigné. De plus, le Gestionnaire régional est responsable de s'assurer de la conformité à toutes les exigences du programme. Le Gestionnaire régional devrait y parvenir en se concentrant sur le recrutement et la rétention de fournisseurs qualifiés et en développant et en entretenant des relations solides avec eux.

Ce poste est très visible au sein de l'entreprise et comporte des contacts fréquents avec la haute direction, y compris le PDG et le directeur financier. De plus, le Gestionnaire régional devra collaborer avec d'autres services tels que la conformité, les licences, le traitement central, le centre d'appels et les solutions à la clientèle.

La personne idéale pour ce poste seraen mesure de stimuler la performance dans son territoire assigné sur le plan du budget et d'autres indicateurs clés, tels que les indices de satisfaction de la clientèle, les délais de cycle, le taux de conclusion des ventes et le taux d’incidents de service. Elle doit être capable de travailler de façon autonome en télétravail.

Fonctions essentielles :

  • Surveiller la couverture/la capacité des fournisseurs dans le territoire assigné et cerner tout besoin de couverture
  • Prospecter et recruter des fournisseurs ayant une expertise dans divers domaines de rénovation domiciliaire et cerner ceux qui peuvent répondre aux exigences de conformité et cadrer avec la stratégie globale
  • Gérer les besoins en recrutement et confier les fournisseurs approuvés à l'équipe de conformité pour l'intégration et l'activation
  • Soutenir les spécialistes de la conformité dans la sélection des fournisseurs tout au long du processus de candidature et d'activation.
  • Gérer la performance des fournisseurs en formant, en encadrant, en influençant et en responsabilisant des entrepreneurs de tailles et de degrés de sophistication variés à l'égard desprocessus et des normes de Confident Remodels
  • Examiner les indicateurs et rapports d’activité afin de cerner les occasions d'amélioration de la performance et collaborer avec le gestionnaire des comptes nationaux au besoin pour élaborer des plans d'action concrets et les mettre en œuvre.
  • Effectuer des revues d'affaires mensuellesavec les fournisseurs, en discutant des pratiques exemplaires et des occasions d'amélioration.
  • Coordonner les visites de magasins pour rencontrer les générateurs de prospects et la direction du magasin, et pour cultiver des relations.
  • Cerner, documenter et partager les pratiques exemplaires en matière de génération de prospects, de ventes, d'installation et de service
  • Trouver des moyens d'affiner les processus pour les automatiser ou les rendre plus efficaces, tant en interne que pour nos partenaires externes.
  • Communiquer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives, de nouveaux programmes et de nouvelles politiques sur le terrain.
  • Aider à résoudre les problèmes de service.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

Confident Remodels provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner.

The Regional Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth in their assigned territory. Additionally, the Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all program requirements. The Regional Manager should accomplish this by focusing on recruiting and retaining qualified Providers and developing and maintaining strong relationships with those Providers.

This position is highly visible within the company and will have frequent contact with Senior Management, including the CEO and CFO. Additionally, the Regional Manager will be required to partner with other departments such as Compliance, Licensing, Central Processing, Call Center and Customer Solutions.

An ideal candidate for this role will be able to drive performance within their assigned territory in terms of budget and other key metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, cycle times, close percentage and service issue rate. The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor Provider coverage/capacity in assigned territory, identify any coverage needs
  • Source and recruit providers with expertise in various home improvement areas and identify those who can meet compliance requirements and fit the overall strategy
  • Manage the recruiting needs and transition approved providers to the Compliance team for onboarding and activation
  • Support Compliance Specialists in vetting providers through the application and activation process.
  • Manage Provider performance by training, coaching, influencing, and holding Contractors of varying size and sophistication accountable to Confident Remodels processes and standards.
  • Review business metrics and reports to identify performance opportunities, partner with Manager, National Accounts as necessary to develop executable action plans and implement those plans.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with Providers, discussing best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate store visits to meet with lead generators and store management and to cultivate relationships.
  • Identify, document and share Best Practices in Lead Generation, Sales, Installation and Service.
  • Determine ways to refine processes to automate and/or make them more efficient, both internally and for our external partners.
  • Communicate and execute new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field.
  • Assist in the resolution of service issues.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft Office et d'autres logiciels
  • Capacité à s'adapter à des priorités changeantes ou multiples.
  • Capacité à se déplacer au moins 50 % du temps

***La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise, puisque la personne retenue devra communiquer régulièrement avec des fournisseurs, des clients et des partenaires d’affaires à l’extérieur du Québec, ainsi que collaborer avec des équipes internes dont la langue principale de travail est l’anglais.***

Le poste de Gestionnaire régional exige de se déplacer plus de 50 % du temps. Le Gestionnaire régional peut être sollicité pour effectuer des tâches supplémentaires qui ne sont pas énumérées ci-dessus. De plus, la liste des responsabilités principales peut évoluer au fil du temps.

Position Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of work at a desk and on a computer.
  • Certain tasks may occasionally require handling or moving materials weighing up to 15 pounds (7 kg).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of retail or related experience
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Strong business acumen with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining efficiency and sharp attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate, including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

***English proficiency is required, as the successful candidate will need to communicate regularly with providers, customers, and business partners outside Quebec, and collaborate with internal teams whose primary working language is English.***

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry

The Regional Manager position requires travel greater than 50% of the time. The Regional Manager may be asked to perform additional tasks that are not listed above. In addition, the list of primary responsibilities may change over time.
