The selected candidate will participate in on-call coverage for rheumatology consultations on inpatient wards and Emergency Department. Due to a strong internal medicine and hospitalist group, there are no expectations to assume most responsible physician on any patient. Remuneration is fee-for-service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees.
Osler is also affiliated with McMaster University Michael DeGroote School of Medicine Family Medicine Program as an academic community teaching site. Moreover, there is the turnkey opportunity to join the Rheumatology Associates Brampton outpatient practice.
Accountabilities:
Osler is a primary clinical partner for Toronto Metropolitan University School of Medicine and is an academic community partner with the University of Toronto’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine and McMaster’s Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. Successful applicants are eligible for a faculty appointment at an affiliated medical school. Make an impact, lead and go beyond at Osler.
