Deine Aufgaben als Regional Manager:
Ziel- und umsatzorientierte Steuerung von ca. 20 Filialen im Großraum Mannheim
Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Filialleiterinnen
Laufendes Monitoring der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen inkl. Schwachstellenanalyse sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Ergebnissteigerung
Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie und vorgaben
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Fachabteilungen (HR, Training, Visual Merchandising, etc.)
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Filialbesuchen
Aktives Vorleben von World-Class-Service und Kundenorientierung
Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. spezifische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im textilen Einzelhandel gepaart mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
Affinität zur Modebranche sowie Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hohe Reisebereitschaft, idealerweise wohnhaft im Raum Frankfurt
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
