L'agent(e) sera responsable de répondre aux appels entrants des clients et de fournir un soutien pour les demandes et les commandes. Ce poste requiert une collaboration avec divers départements afin d’assurer un excellent service aux clients internes et externes.

Horaire de travail
• Du lundi au vendredi de jour; 37,5h par semaine.
• Télétravail est possible après la période de formation. Une présence au bureau est requise une journée par semaine, le mercredi.
Responsabilités
• Gérer les appels entrants via un système téléphonique multi-lignes et effectuer des appels sortants.
• Effectuer de la prospection auprès de futurs et anciens clients.
• Fournir un soutien aux clients pour : les prix, la facturation, les paiements, les questions générales, l'amélioration de la satisfaction client, les horaires de service et toute autre information technique.
• Entrée des commandes et gestion des comptes clients (ouverture, fermeture, mise à jour).
• Assurer le suivi avec les clients concernant le service (appels non complétés, amélioration du service, confirmation de rendez-vous).
• Analyser les informations des clients, poser les questions appropriées et recommander des améliorations possibles aux équipements et/ou services.
• Identifier les programmes internes pour exécuter le travail de manière précise et efficace.
• Représenter Sanimax avec le plus haut degré de professionnalisme en tout temps.
• Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées au département du service à la clientèle (ex. : saisie des données).
Exigences et compétences
• Diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle.
• Bilinguisme requis, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français et anglais).
• Sens aigu du service à la clientèle.
• Expérience avec la suite Microsoft Office.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à organiser efficacement son temps.
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
• Sens de l’urgence.
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
