80-90k base (dependent upon experience) + car allowance + uncapped bonus opportunity + RRSP contribution

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in cultivating new business and delivering impactful solutions. In this role, you will represent and sell a diverse range of high-quality performance products into a multitude of different industries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Cultivate and find new business opportunities.
  • Revive dormant accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to find new business, grow current business and provide high level customer service.
  • Keep CRM systems up-to-date with information on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, including client acquisition and business development.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is considered an asset.
