Senior IT Project Manager (10+ years) to help with the implementation of MS Dynamics for the IT Client Services Division
Our public sector client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to help with the implementation of MS Dynamics
9-10 months contract to start, high potential for renewal. 2 days in office in Burnaby
Must-haves :
- 10+ years of experience managing IT projects
- 3+ years experience in MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects
- Experience leading and delivering enterprise level projects ; business process management, solutions integration, packaged or cloud implementations
- Project Management Professional, PMP Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Nice-to-have
- Government or public sector experience
- Experience with Customer Service Centre
- Experience managing cloud solutions is an asset.
- Past experience in Business Analysis and / or Change Management.
