Job description
Position: Full-Time Elementary Teacher Location: Savant Public SchoolRate of Pay: $53,610 - $120,369 annually *Salary is based on QECO rating and previous teaching experience*Union Affiliation: ETFOThis position will remain open until filled.GROW YOUR CAREER WITH US As one of the area’s largest employers, Keewatin-Patricia District School Board (KPDSB) is situated in beautiful Northwestern Ontario. KPDSB serves the educational needs of approximately 5,000 students within 17 elementary and 6 secondary schools in the communities of Kenora, Sioux Narrows, Vermilion Bay, Ear Falls, Red Lake, Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Ignace, Pickle Lake, Savant Lake, and Upsala. Additional information regarding the Board is available on the Board’s web site at. QUALIFICATIONS Primary/ Junior or Junior/Intermediate qualifications required. Ontario Teacher Certification with qualifications in the appropriate divisions and special qualifications where the position warrants are required. Please provide a copy of the Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of qualification. These documents can be uploaded directly into your Apply To Education portfolio/application. This position will require a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) at the employee’s expense.
