Marketing Specialist

Duration: 18 months (Opportunity to convert to a full-time teammate after the contract is over)

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Marketing Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-impact in-office engagements and networking opportunities that connect partners with sales teams and drive meaningful business outcomes. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners, you will manage partner-funded programs and events while balancing a budget, ROI, engagement and overall business objectives.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will get to:

• Meet with requestor of event to understand goals and objectives
• Negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts which are reviewed by Event Manager and signed by Vice President of Marketing.
• Fill out creative request form completely and submit ensure the needs of the client are met.
• Complete sell sheets and communicate back to Partner Management & Alliance

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with:

• B.A. Degree (Major in Marketing or Communications preferred) including relevant work experiences.
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing events, trade shows or projects with multiple actions and timelines.
• Prefer someone who has worked with no less than a $500k minimum annual budget and a cross-functional team of people.
• Computer industry and knowledge a plus.
• The Marketing Specialist must have extremely strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability for follow up.
• Ability to work within a team environment including cross functional teams represented by other departments and/or companies.
