Job Description

We are seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to assist with technical troubleshooting and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure smooth operations of our remote infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with system setup, software installation, and updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented.
• Support e-commerce platform functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and troubleshooting.
• Document IT processes, solutions, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve IT efficiency.
