Nanny Wanted - Full Time Nanny Position; Pay To Be Discussed. I’m Cute, Curious And Love To Dance!

About me : Nice to meet you! My name is O and this is my 6th year residency in “life studies”. I love music, ABC’s, reading books (with help), playing basketball, and dancing / marching! I am a special needs kiddo so please be patient with me, I’m still learning how to put together sentences but do have a common vocabulary that most can figure out what I’m trying to say (including names of common things, yes or no, hi, bye, more, bed, book, car, walk, etc. more than I can list here!). I am working hard with OT / PT and can walk unsupported (but may trip if there’s something on the ground or on the icy ground outside) so you’ll need to hold my hand or use my walking harness or stay close by. I can easily walk you around the house and show you all my favourite toys as well as have a dance party in front of the mirror. The walking harness is only used to slow down my fall if I trip or redirect me, not to hold me up (I can walk!). I’m making progress everyday! If you become my friend we get to go to half day school together (mornings) and then you can come home with me to eat lunch, play at home in the afternoon. I can show off my basketball skills and we can have a competition using the arcade basketball set up in the basement! The summer schedule would be attending various day camps around the city with me (BGC, YMCA, City of London, etc. or going to the London Children’s museum, etc.). My parents are my chauffeurs (you will never need to drive me around).

Availability : daytime during the weekday while my parents are working 8 : 30am-4 : 30pmish, can be a bit flexible.

Services / tasks : Keep me safe, go to school with me, encourage me to use and spell words, go to some appts with my parents with me. Occasional diaper change if I can’t get to the toilet on time (rare). I don’t nap anymore but sometimes I do like to lie in bed listening to you reading to me a book or two or three!, supervising lunch and snack time (food already prepared / packaged you just need to heat up, chop into smaller pieces and serve), encouraging me to do some exercises to help me get stronger (OT / PT / SLP through TVCC visit me and can give you some tips). Examples would be to put magnets on the floor and encourage me to bend down to pick them up and put them on the wall. Also correct my speech sounds to help me with speech development. I’m almost 39lbs so you’ll also need to be able to carry me short distances too (e.g from playmat to high chair or from the ground to the swing).

Job Location : we are located in SouthWest London but I typically meet you at the school in central-ish London for the morning, or if you take other transportation just ensure you arrive within the discussed time frame at the school. My parents can drive us home at lunch together or you can drive yourself to my home for the afternoon.

Other : Because I’m super adorable you won’t need to worry about doing household chores like laundry or cooking, etc.

Job start : April 13, 2026 preferred, but can possibly start May 4 for the right candidate fulltime. If can start earlier than April 13 then my current nanny can show you the ropes for a day of cross training!

If you have experience working with other special needs kiddos like me or related education working with children let us know but not a requirement. The only requirement is that you’re responsible and open to learning some therapy / play exercises!
