Pharmacist - PT

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave Cloverdale in Surrey, BC .

Part-time weekend position : Saturdays from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM and Sundays from 11 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Patient-focused care responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management, and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, OTC products, and health-related topics.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists performing restricted activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with other health‑care professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
