Our client, a fast-growing public sector organization, is expanding its communications team and looking for a Communications Supervisor . As a key player in the organization, this person will oversee the development, implementation, and measurement of the internal and external communication and marketing initiatives.
What you'll do :
- Lead a High-Performing Team : Mentor and inspire your team to deliver a high volume of exceptional work.
- Craft Compelling Narratives : Develop and execute strategic communication plans that resonate with our audience. Lead or assign content development for a wide variety of channels.
- Evolution of the Brand : Contribute to the brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Drive Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends and embrace new technologies to enhance our communication efforts.
- Foster Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
